The Service provides a platform for creating, launching, and trading memecoins. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The creation, trading, and promotion of memecoins carry significant financial risk, and users acknowledge this risk when using the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of the Service provider and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant the Service provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. This license is required solely to enable the Service provider to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license set forth in this section, and that your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Creating or promoting memecoins that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Engaging in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Service
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Financial losses incurred through the creation, trading, or holding of memecoins

The Service provider's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to the Service provider during the six (6) month period prior to such claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service provider, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

9. Modifications to Terms

The Service provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the website. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in the Cayman Islands, using the English language.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
